Welcome to the Property Image Services website. Thanks for visiting. We offer specialist professional property photographic services for anyone who wishes to sell or rent their property so that includes estate agents, landlords, airbnb owners, holiday home owners, private renters, private sellers, commercial clients, interior designers, architects, property developers etc.
We produce and deliver high quality images within agreed timescales. We are also very discreet, and very respectful of the homeowners, tenants and other occupiers.
Custom Packages
Every property is different. We’ve created some standard photography pricing packages which you’ll see below. However, if you have a series of properties to photograph, or have individual requirements we can arrange a package and price to suit.
Our normal operation area is South East Cornwall (but we also travel further afield, and internationally, if required).

Small Property
1-2 bedrooms

- Discount may be available as part of a retainer agreement
- Includes as many suitable shots as necessary to make your property look as good as possible.
- Photography would normally take about 1 hour.
- Perfect for AirBnB or holiday properties.
- Includes travel up to 15 miles. (Extra mileage charged at 50p per mile)
Medium Property
3-4 bedrooms

- Price excludes VAT
- Property must be ready to photograph
- Discount may be available as part of a retainer agreement
- Includes as many suitable shots as necessary to make your property look as good as possible.
- Photography would normally take 1-2 hours.
- Perfect for regular houses & holiday lets.
- Includes travel up to 15 miles. (Extra mileage charged at 50p per mile)
Large Property
5+ bedrooms
£159
- Price excludes VAT
- Property must be ready to photograph
- Discount may be available as part of a retainer agreement
- Includes as many suitable shots as necessary to make your property look as good as possible.
- Photography would normally take about 2 hours.
- Perfect for larger country properties. Consider adding aerial photos too.
- Includes travel up to 15 miles. (Extra mileage charged at 50p per mile)

Aerial Photography & Videography
Some properties are just crying out to be seen from above, particularly if they have land or are close to interesting natural features, like lakes or hills etc.
So we also offer aerial photography using a drone either as an addition to the usual property photography (e.g. interior & exterior images plus images from the air of the house and grounds) or as a stand-alone option if you only want aerial photos (or aerial videography) done.
For the stand-alone aerial package, you may have specific requirements which may impact on the price. The exact price will be agreed before the flight takes place. All flights are time, location and weather dependent.
